An Investigation of Cu2+ Removal by Using Different Types of Modified Starch

In this study, Cu2+ removal from the aqueous solution using different types of starch was examined by batch method. The potato and corn which were modified in ways to determine percent values various trials. optimum conditions experimental procedure investigated 10 50 mg L-1 as beginning concentration, 4 6 pH, with 5-30 min. shaking time. 0.15 g added mL study at room temperature during all studies. results offered that thanks modification water an adsorbent, 89.58% 74.07% found. Concentration, time, pH detected 20 L-1, min, respectively. Moreover, obtained also evaluated according Freundlich adsorption isotherm observed be compatible curve.
